Users

Access to and/or use of this Master RPAS portal grants the status of USER, who accepts, from such access and/or use, the General Terms of Use set forth herein. These Terms shall apply regardless of any General Contracting Conditions that may be mandatory.

Use of the Website

www.masterdrones.eu provides access to a wide range of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter, the “content”) on the Internet belonging to Master RPAS or its licensors, to which the USER may have access.

The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to any registration required to access certain services or content.

During such registration, the USER shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a result of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password, for which they will be responsible, undertaking to use it diligently and confidentially.

The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services (such as chat services, discussion forums or newsgroups) that Master RPAS offers through its portal and, by way of example but not limitation, not to use them for: (i) engaging in unlawful, illegal activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminating racist, xenophobic, illegal pornographic content, terrorism advocacy or content that violates human rights; (iii) causing damage to the physical and logical systems of Master RPAS, its suppliers or third parties, introducing or spreading computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems likely to cause the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempting to access and, where appropriate, use the email accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages.

Master RPAS reserves the right to remove any comments or contributions that violate respect for human dignity, are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, threaten youth or childhood, public order or safety, or which, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication.

In any case, Master RPAS shall not be responsible for opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.

Data Protection

Master RPAS complies with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on Personal Data Protection, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21 approving its implementing regulations, as well as the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, and any other regulations in force at any given time, ensuring the correct use and processing of the user’s personal data.

To this end, together with each form collecting personal data, in the services that the user may request from Master RPAS, the user will be informed of the existence and acceptance of the specific conditions for the processing of their data in each case, including information about the responsibility for the created file, the address of the controller, the possibility of exercising rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, the purpose of the processing, and any communication of data to third parties where applicable.

Likewise, Master RPAS informs that it complies with Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and will request consent for the processing of email addresses for commercial purposes whenever necessary.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

Master RPAS, either as owner or assignee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights over its website, as well as over the elements contained therein, including but not limited to images, sound, audio, video, software or texts, trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, and computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, owned by Master RPAS or its licensors.

All rights reserved. Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making available all or part of the contents of this website for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, are expressly prohibited without the authorization of Master RPAS.

The USER undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by Master RPAS. Users may view the elements of the portal and even print, copy and store them on their computer’s hard drive or any other physical medium, provided that this is solely for personal and private use.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

Master RPAS shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any nature that may arise, including but not limited to errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses or malicious programs in the content, despite having adopted all necessary technological measures to prevent this.

Modifications

Master RPAS reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any modifications it deems appropriate to its portal, and may change, remove or add both the content and services provided through it, as well as the way in which they are presented or located.

In the event that www.masterdrones.eu includes links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites, Master RPAS shall not exercise any control over such sites and content.

Right of Exclusion

General Provisions

Master RPAS shall pursue any breach of these conditions, as well as any improper use of its portal, exercising all civil and criminal actions to which it may be entitled by law.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The relationship between Master RPAS and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish law, and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Huelva, Spain.
