Students will be admitted in strict order of arrival as long as they meet the academic conditions that allow access and spaces are available. Once these are all taken, a wait list will be established, for possible resignations.

If the number of pre-registrations exceeds the number of available enrollment spaces, the Academic Committee of the RPAS Master will evaluate pre-enrollment applications based on: suitability of the submitted curriculum and interview if required.

The set of competences defined for this academic and educational project are summarized as follows:

  • Knowledge of the general principles that describe atmospheric flight.

  • Knowledge of methods and techniques of studying the RPAS Flight Mechanics.

  • Ability to calculate RPAS performances.

  • Ability to analyze the balancing and control of the RPAS.

  • Ability to analyze the stability of the RPAS.

  • Ability to analyze the dynamic response of the RPAS.

  • Ability to calculate and optimize trajectories of RPAS.

  • Ability to plan a flight.

  • Know models to describe the axial and advance flight of RPAS rotary wing.

  • Ability to analyze the RPAS performances of rotating wing.

  • Ability to analyze the stability of the movement of an RPAS rotating wing.

  • Analyze which is the most suitable propulsion system according to the characteristics of the flight.

  • Calculate and analyze the quality and performance parameters of the propulsive systems.

  • Knowledge of the basic functional elements of the Air Navigation System.

  • Knowledge of sustainability, maintainability and operability of air navigation systems.

  • Knowledge of the air circulation system (air traffic management).

Generally, to be in possession of a university degree in Sciences or Engineering. For other qualifications, it will be analyzed based on the affinity to the studies and the academic record, determined by the Academic Committee of the RPAS Master.

However, university engineering students who have passed at least half of their Curriculum will be allowed to enroll. Also will be allowed to enroll professionals with experience in the field of training, provided they meet the legal requirements to pursue university studies. The admission of these students will be at the decision of the Academic Committee of the RPAS Master.

It is recommended to have a good level of English, since the classes will be taught preferably in that language.

Individual and collective online tutorials. The tutorials are understood as an individualized method of monitoring the learning and developing the skills to be acquired by the student.

In the tutorials it is about solving the doubts raised by the students about the different types of academic sessions. In some academic sessions, collective tutorials will be held.

In addition to the above, the faculty will take a tutorial process via the Moodle platform and email.
